Our Mission

Your Parinama provide holistic personal training and coaching and are committed to helping people transform their health and fitness.  Our mantra is gradual change to make BIG impact and achieve what at first seems out of reach. We want to help people reconnect with their body and mind to help them recognise what they are really capable of.

Our Approach

We do not believe in 1 size fits all, instead offer truly bespoke personal training programs.   Our approach is phased,

  • 1 Resolve postural dysfunction and pain, even where this has led to injury.
  • 2 Build rock solid foundations to build on, teaching you to move well.
  • 3 Progress performance in your chosen discipline.

Keen climbers and runners, this is where we have specialised but the principles transfer easily to other sports.  This approach will get you on the right track – not on the revolving injury – rest – injury merry-go-round which can prevent you hitting those goals.

If you are new to exercise, or returning after a long break we will build rock solid foundations, improve your posture and bio-mechanics, teach you great techniques so you can build on these to develop great strength, agility, mobility and co-ordination.

We don’t conform to the “beast your body” approach, instead we work in harmony with your body and mind to create bespoke results in tune with your lifestyle.

The road to a healthier lifestyle is different for everyone so we create unique programs for each client we work with.  It’s not just about the latest exercise and diet fad.  Our holistic approach to personal training will get to the root cause of your health and fitness challenges, to resolve them, not just apply a sticking plaster to mask the symptoms. In our 5 step approach,  we can work with you on all areas of health – movement, diet, quiet and happiness.  Helping you make small manageable changes to get big results overtime.
