Our 3 month packages are great if you want to try this approach for the first time or will struggle to commit to 12 months.
Our approach gives you back control over how you feel and perform everyday, but it takes commitment. You need to be willing to do the work. We will do everything we can to make it fun along the way.
Our experience shows that weekly sessions will help you learn the skills and techniques so you can get a result. This way of moving will be different to other training.
As with anything BEST results come over time so if you can commit, we offer a 20% discount on 12 month packages.
Packages can be paid in installments.
