Why not try out our one-to-one packages.

Whether you want to work with Julie to learn some basic yoga skills and gain a better understanding, before starting a class, or develop a specific practice to do at home.  Julie will personalise the content of your practice and work closely with you to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.

Sessions are currently all remote – via Zoom.  Its simple to join from a laptop or a mobile device and the format works for yoga.
