Advance your technique 121’s are suitable for those who’ve attended a Building the Foundations workshop or foundations 121 block, The 90 minute session covers hill running, advanced breathing techniques and advanced form focuses to help you build speed and performance through relaxation.
The Advance your Technique 121 also includes video observation of your current running form, plus a tailored programme of focuses to use in your weekly runs, to help you to build your technique.
