Prevention is always better than cure!
Build your fitness on stable and strong foundations to prevent pain and injury down the line. Most fitness programs miss this crucial stage. Your program will address your personal “redflags” – postural and movement dysfunctions and you will learn exercises you can do at home, movement techniques and body awareness. All this will give you the best chance of avoiding those injuries that seem to come from nowhere. Your overall health will dramatically improve so you can feel and look great.
You will be regularly assessed and new programs provided to ensure you do not plateau and to keep it interesting and fun. We will keep you on track with motivation and provide exercise progressions to ensure challenge and development.
