Prevention is always better than cure!
Build your fitness on stable and strong foundations to prevent pain and injury down the line. Most fitness programs miss this crucial stage. Your program will address your personal “redflags” – postural and movement dysfunctions and you will learn exercises you can do at home, movement techniques and body awareness. All this will start to give you the best chance of avoiding those injuries that seem to come from nowhere.
This is a 3 month package with weekly sessions so will give you a great start to working this way but the same as any training, this is just the start! Longer term commitment is needed to get maximum benefit. As we see you regularly we keep you on track with motivation and technique and will provide exercise progressions to ensure challenge and development.
