Build your fitness on stable and strong foundations to prevent pain and injury down the line. Most fitness programs miss this crucial stage. Your program will be designed for you based on your assessment. We will focus on building great posture and healthy movement patterns, helping you feel and look great. You will be coached through your program, ensuring you are achieving great technique and can apply what you learn to everyday life.
We will help you make small lifestyle changes to gently and easily move you towards better health. Small changes you can sustain that build to make BIG impacts on your life.
You will be regularly assessed and new programs provided to ensure you do not plateau and to keep it interesting and fun. We will keep you on track with motivation and provide exercise progressions to ensure challenge and development.

Can be paid as an initial payment of £325 followed by 11 x £145 monthly payments
