You will gain the skills and knowledge you need to run without injury!  You will learn how to run with great skill and technique to reduce risk of injury and help you go further and faster but with more ease.  With 10 ChiRunning sessions the techniques will become second nature and advanced skills of distance training, speed and hill work will be covered.  Alongside that we will start to correct your “redflags”, your postural and movement dysfunctions so you understand how to prevent injury and your body is in the best shape for your running goals.

You will be regularly assessed and new programs provided to ensure you do not plateau and to keep it interesting and fun. We will keep you on track with motivation and provide exercise progressions to ensure challenge and development.

The assessment is best held outdoors (maintaining social distance) but can be adapted for Zoom if preferred.

One to one sessions can be held outdoor or via Zoom, aside from ChiRunning sessions which will need to be outdoor.

Payment, Cancellation and Refunds Policy

  • Payment can be made in full prior to start or by agreement in a number of monthly payments.
  • Monthly payments will be arranged by invoice or via standing order and payment dates will be agreed in advance.
  • There is a 14 day cooling off period once you pay the deposit.  Once your sessions start, your package is non-refundable and non transferable.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • After 6 months, if you are not happy with your progress against the agreed plan you  can claim back your payments.  This is subject to you (the client) having undertaken the necessary homework and attended the appointments with the agreed frequency.  You may not of seen a complete recovery from any pre-existing condition at this point.  Your progress will be measured in assessments and data a provided.  refund is at the discretion of your coach.
  • 24 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments.
  • Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the full session fee.
