With 10 ChiRunning sessions the techniques will become second nature and advanced skills of distance training, speed and hill work will be covered. Alongside that we will start to correct your “redflags”, your postural and movement dysfunctions so you understand how to prevent injury and your body is in the best shape for your running goals.
You will be regularly assessed and new programs provided to ensure you do not plateau and to keep it interesting and fun. We will keep you on track with motivation and provide exercise progressions to ensure challenge and development.
