Your program will be designed for you, based on real data collected in assessment and by taking time to understand your sport and if relevant, your competitive schedule.  What we can achieve will depend on your starting point.  If you have injuries our initial focus will be those.  We will need to ensure you have strong foundations to prevent pain and injury down the line.  Most fitness programs miss this crucial stage.  Your program will address your personal “redflags” – postural and movement dysfunctions and you will learn exercises you can do at home, movement techniques and body awareness.

This process of restoring balance will result in performance gains.  Once you have optimal movement patterns then we can break down your sport and complement it with relevant and targeted cross training.  We use high performance training techniques used by the pros to help you smash your goals.

This is a 3 month package with weekly sessions so will give you a great start to working this way. But the same as any training, this is just the start! Longer term commitment is needed to get maximum benefit.  As we see you regularly we keep you on track with motivation and will provide exercise progressions to ensure challenge and development.

The assessment is best held outdoors (maintaining social distance) but can be adapted for Zoom if preferred.

Payment, Cancellation and Refunds Policy

  • Payment can be made in full prior to start or by agreement in a number of monthly payments.
  • Monthly payments will be arranged by invoice or via standing order and payment dates will be agreed in advance.
  • Once your sessions start, your package is non-refundable and non transferable.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • 24 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments.
  • Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the full session fee.
