An effective tailored cross training program to enhance running, combining yoga and other functional exercises, for example, Swiss Ball and Stretch Bands to help runners improve performance and reduce injury risk.

Pre course personal assessment to identify postural type,muscular imbalance
A simple personal flexibility and recover program
12 weekly group classes
2 sessions incorporating run skills and drills with a Certified Chi Running Instructor

The program focuses on relavant movement patterns and muscle gruops for gait and aims to balance, strength and flexibility, mobility with stability to enhance your range of movement, posture and biomechanics.
